Clube Travel wanted to create a space where the booking system that werw easy, quick and efficient. We believe that we obtained our goal, by presenting a service that offers, in real time, bookings for the hotels, transfer services and car rental.

Clube Travel offers special prices and promotions for some dates, such as programs organized by the hotels for some seasons.

Clube Travel will charge you a deposit for your reservation. The amount of this deposit will be presented when making your reservaion, nevertheless, this information will be on the voucher supplied by Clube Travel so that you will alway be aware of the amount paid to Clube Travel and the remaining amount to be paid locally to the required services (hotels, car rental and transfer services). This deposit is not a tax it is only a way to guarantee your reservations and for administrative expenses.

Note: Should cancellation occur the deposit will not be refunded.


How to make your hotel reservation

1. Insert dates you wish to make your booking.

2. Choose the hotel of your preference. This selection is made by inserting the name of the hotel, region, city or country.

3. After step 1 and 2 the hotel you have selected will be presented, if shown available please select the type of room you wish to book and then press the «book» button.

The general conditions of the hotel of your choice will be presented as well as the amount that will be charged by Clube Travel as a deposit and the remaining amount to be paid locally. Should you entirely agree with its contents please continue your booking.

Should the hotel of your choice be shown as not available Clube Travel will offer you a list of altenative hotels.

After step 3 please follow the following instructions by entering your name, should there be children or other special requests please insert them in the «observation» section, however, all the special requests are not included in the total amount shown and will alway have to be paid locally.

Once selected the intended service press the button book now, from the moment that you enter in the booking space all the communication is made by safe transaction (The usual codification method is the standard technology called, "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL).See also our privacy and security policy.

Do not indicate the debit card (visa electron or other) under penalty of your booking not be accepted or be later cancelled.

Should the credit card details reveal themselves as invalid by our credit card security system, the reservation will not be considered, however the client will alway be contacted by telephone or e-mail ind order to solve this occurency. If this situation is not sorted out in a maximum period of 4 hours(should the booking not be for the next 24 hrs) , our reservation department will cancel your reservation and send you an e-mail with this information.

How to book hotels with special programs

1. Select the special programme you wish to book.

2. Select dates and then the type of room you want to be book. Please be aware that in some special offers there are mandatory dates that will have to be respected in order to make your booking.

How to book a transfer

1. Insert the date you wish to make your booking.

2. Select the location of your transfer.

3. Select the compagny and/or rate and the number of persons.

4. Select if arrival or departure transfer.

Note : Should you need arrival and departure transfers, two reservations will have to be done. We kindly ask you to read thouroughly the general conditions shown as there might be suplements that will have to be paid locally.

The system will only allow you to make your transfers reservation for the next 48 hours, It will not be possible to make a reservation for the very same day. After the above steps we kindly ask you to always insert you name correctly. Should you have special requests these should be inserted in the «observations» space. What is a No-Show

A No Show is when reservation is made but the guest does not show up and doesn't notify the the hotel or service envolved of this situation. All No-Show will incur in a penalty that will be charged to client's credit card according to the published general conditions of the presented services on our website. CLUBE TRAVEL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH CHARGES AS THESE ARE CONDITIONS THAT ARE ESTABLISHED BY EACH HOTEL OR COMPANY THAT PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES.

P: What type of credit carda are accepted?
R: Our system will only accept Visa and Mastercard.

P: What do I do after I have done my reservation?
R: You will receive an e-mail that will contain a link that will have to be validated.

P: What happens if I don't received the e-mail with the link?
R: ou should contact our reservation central by e-mail or telephone that we may re-send you e-mail with link.

P: What does your booking has been finalized?
R: It means that our reservation central has received your reservation, nevertheless you will always have to validate your link so that our system can send your request to the hotel, rent a car or transferf compagny.

P: Once I have validated the lind is my booking confirmed?
R: After the validation you will receive the number referent to your reservaton meaning that your reservation is being processed, however the booking will only be subject to the confirmation of our reservation departement.

Once validated you will have access to the number/reference of your reservation, guaranteing that your reservation has been processed by our reservation system, nevertheless this service will always be subject of confirmation by our reservation department and a telephone or e-mail contact will alway be made to clients so that they can be aware that we are awaiting for the confirmation of the service required. Clients will also be notified by e-mail if the service requested cannot be confirmed by the company offering the service.

P: What is a voucher and how do I obtain it?
R: A voucher is a document that prooves that booking was made and is being provided by Clube Travel. On this document all necessary information will be present (service, name of company/hotel, addreess, telephone number, etc.). The voucher will also have the amount that has been charged by Clube Travel and the balance amount that will have to be paid locally to the company / hotel and will always be sent to you with confirmation of reservation.

P: How can I check my reservation details?
R: You will have to acess www.clubetravel.com and access to clients, by inserting the reservation number/reference. After having taken this step, a new window will open where you will have to insert your e-mail address. You will now enter your space where you may view all reservations made and also you may print your voucher, by cliking on the icon similar to a printer.

P: How many room can I book in one reservation?
R: Our system allows you to book a minimum of 1 room and a maximum of 10.

P: How can I cancel my reservation?
R: 1. Go to www.clubetravel.com access the area for clients by enterring your reservation number and e-mail.
    2. Click on the «cancel» button
    3. After this process you will get an e-mail informing you that we received your cancelation and the reservation is cancelled.

General Conditions

Services guarantee : In the cases when the serviceable entity isn't qualified to make the debits in the credit card and that in some cases above mentioned of cancellations or no appeareance the Clube Travel, through her manager company ClubeNet, can make the mecessary debits to guarantee the serviceable entity rights , In case of that happens it appears in your ClubeNet card statement ClubeNet and the debited value, this value will be sent by Clube Travel the damaged company.

Any doubts about the credit card title: Through the fraud detection system that Clube Travel has to verify if the doubts about the credit card title the Clube Travel can ask for the identity confirmatory documents or anull the booking and inform the client about that.

In some cases the Clube Travel can use the telephone to confirm the booking, so you should indicate your telephone correctly indicating also the area code and the country code (if there is one).
